We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join one of our local company in their IT Team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and ITSM best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong in ITSM, ServiceNow development, and a deep understanding of ITIL processes. This role is fully remote but must work Hawaii time zone. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct independent research on ServiceNow governance, architecture, and design best practices. * Gather and analyze business requirements to architect, design, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. * Resolve ServiceNow-related service requests and incidents efficiently. * Develop and test changes in a controlled environment, including creating test cases and proof of concept. * Create and maintain user training materials and technical documentation. * Develop and enforce policies and procedures for ServiceNow usage. * Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and enhance ITSM capabilities. * Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics to drive continual service improvement. * Maintain expertise in ITSM processes including Change, Incident, Problem, Asset, and Configuration Management. * Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and industry trends. * Flexibility to work beyond standard hours to meet critical deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience supporting ITSM initiatives and implementing ServiceNow solutions. * Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects. * Excellent leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment. * Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, and presentation. * Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITAM, CMDB, HAMPro, SAMPro, and APM. Preferred Qualifications: * ServiceNow Certification in Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, and Certified Application Developer * Experience with ServiceNow development and scripting * Familiarity with Agile methodologies Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
