You will; > Drive customer collaboration to expand LGE's contractor network > Assist LG Pro Dealers through the onboarding process > Track and report on program success to leadership Position Responsibilitis:
- Assist in the onboarding process for qualified HVAC companies to the LG Pro Dealer Program.
- Schedules and tracks onboarding appointments between candidates and LG Sales staff.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to evaluate dealer fit for the LG Pro Dealer Program.
- Assist management with, monitoring, and analyzing departmental KPIs to identify trends and make appropriate adjustments to departmental processes, systems, and tools to improve the overall performance of the team.
- Communicate the benefits of LG products and the Pro Dealer Program to prospective dealers.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new dealers, ensuring they understand program requirements and resources.
- Serve as the primary contact during the qualification and onboarding process.
- Provides input and assists with monthly team activity reports for executive leadership.
- Incorporates lean thinking and problem-solving practices into the day-to-day routines including MDI, root cause analysis, and countermeasure deployment.
- Drives cross-functional collaboration and builds and maintains strong relationships across LG ACT, Distributors, our active and future LG Pro Dealers
- Build strong relationships with dealers to ensure long-term loyalty and collaboration.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and Pro Dealer program teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Document and track all lead interactions, call notes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in direct sales support roles.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HVAC industry customer support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or contractors is a strong plus.
- Strong ability to listen actively, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and the dealer/distributor business model is a plus.
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification processes.
- Initiative-taking, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to team success.
- Analytical person with a customer-first mindset.
