Description
Essential Functions:

  • Generate labels and COCs for laboratory work in preparation for field
  • Track sample shipments with laboratories to ensure appropriate
  • Review pricing, methodology, and sample counts with proposed scope
  • Monitor laboratory performance in regard to report turnaround and significant quality
  • Review and approve subcontract laboratory invoices,
  • Prepare finalized report documentation, update project tracking
  • Performs other job-related duties and projects as

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 10 years administrative experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing laboratory
  • Intermediate knowledge of methodology, commonly used approaches, and laboratory
  • Intermediate knowledge of client requirements, including applicable permits, legal codes, and data use cases.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs, including Work, Excel, and
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with internal customers and external
  • Professional behavior and
  • Ability to be organized and attention to
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, follow up on pending issues, meet deadlines and work



Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. Sitting/Standing and possible light lifting.
Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods and the use of hands to finger is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is helpful for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. While performing the duties of this job, good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, and copiers is needed. In an industrial environment, employee may frequently be required to lift, carry, push, or pull. Exertion of up to 30 pounds of force may be occasionally required. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
