Education Requirement: BSN (within five years of hire date if not already achieved) Licensure Requirement: Current Ohio RN License Certifications: Pediatric Nurse or Case Management certifications desirable but not required. Skills: Skills needed in the following areas: communication, collaboration, leadership, multidisciplinary team facilitation, critical thinking and problem solving. Experience: 3-5 years clinical nursing experience required, preferably (but not required) in assigned clinical area.
