ETL Production Support Analyst

2 years of experience in SQL and Python

* Experience working with healthcare data, specifically EPIC Clarity is preferred

• Tests and debugs software applications to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Maintains and updates existing software applications to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
• Collaborates with other IT professionals to integrate software applications with existing systems.
• Provides technical support to end-users to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
• Keeps up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development to ensure the organization remains competitive.
