In this role, you'll support the strategy and execution of products that help healthcare providers recover revenue, reduce friction, and make better decisions through data.

You'll work alongside experienced Product Managers and the Senior Director of Product to align product strategy across a growing portfolio. Your day-to-day will include translating complex problems into clear, achievable roadmaps, partnering closely with Product Owners, and collaborating with engineering, customer success, and marketing to deliver high-impact, data-driven tools that improve financial performance in the revenue cycle.

This is a great opportunity for someone with early product management experience who wants to grow into a strategic leadership role while staying hands-on with customer needs, user experience, and analytics design.

What you will do

  • Contribute to product strategy for analytics solutions supporting revenue recovery workflows
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define features, prioritize backlogs, and ensure quality execution
  • Translate market trends and customer feedback into clear product direction
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery to align technical capabilities with business outcomes
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for iteration and growth
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, supporting their development and ensuring clear priorities and execution
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers and the Sr. Director of Product Management to develop and maintain an integrated product portfolio strategy
  • Monitor product performance through defined KPIs and partner on go-to-market and enablement activities
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in revenue management and revenue recovery workflows

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor Product Owners or similar roles
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience leading through influence across departments
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, particularly revenue recovery processes
  • Experience with analytics, SaaS, or data-driven solutions in a regulated or healthcare setting
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to measurable outcomes

What we would like to see

  • 2+ years of team leadership experience
  • Experience with process diagrams and flowcharts (MS Visio, Draw IO, etc.)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • SQL and database knowledge
