Valiant is seeking a Program Manager to support our customer's challenging requirements at a customer location in Virginia. Successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of the program to include, but not limited to:
- Strong business acumen.
- Provide a sufficient pool of appropriately cleared and skilled personnel to fill the requirements on any given day.
- Recruit, clear, hire, train, manage, schedule personnel, discipline and release personnel from duty, if necessary.
- Provide, implement, and maintain an unclassified scheduling methodology accessible at the Sponsor's Facility. This scheduling methodology shall provide, at a minimum, the ability to deliver the appropriate personnel at the proper place and at the correct time.
- Communicate program updates and scheduling requirements/assignments with personnel.
- In accordance with Sponsor policies and procedures, facilitate security clearances for all necessary personnel.
- Develop and maintain a Training Plan based upon Sponsor requirements that demonstrate that personnel are fully qualified.
- Prepare and deliver reports and organize meetings with the Sponsor in accordance with all deliverables.
- Serve as the technical task lead.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Ensure the program management team is working efficiently and create a success-oriented environment for all personnel.
- Work with personnel to improve and develop personnel cadre skills.
- Possess and maintain knowledge of Sponsor's current courses and training activities.
- Conduct monthly PM reviews with the Sponsor.
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Allocate and forecast the best placement of resources to fill Sponsor training requirements.
- Ensure all team members are medically capable to perform duties as required.

- At a minimum, five years of industry program management experience providing program management support for contracts of similar size and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in management and budget tracking/execution.
- Extensive knowledge and experience using scheduling systems, similar to that proposed by the Contractor, for similar operations.
- Computer literacy, ability to use Microsoft Office and audio-visual equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees. This job will primarily be in an Office Setting.
