- This position will communicate shipment status and accessorial changes between the Client Logistics Team, Client Plant Shipping Leads, and Client Carrier Partners.
- The role will also support other Logistics Team functions, including, but not limited to, requesting and organizing spot quotes, updating the TMS database, working with specific client-critical customers, training new carrier representatives on the freight audit process, and auditing carrier invoices within the TMS system.
- The role will include, but not limited to, sourcing truckload capacity, requesting and organizing spot quotes, load tracking and tracing, manipulating information in the TMS, seeking information from carriers, responding to plant personnel and buyers, training new carrier representatives on use of the TMS, and working within the TMS to update, change, and resolve shipment and carrier issues.
- Review suspended carrier invoices and provide resolution and approval to carrier partners.
- Review detention and other accessorial charge requests and get authorization from key Client stakeholders.
- Provide carriers with payment status and feedback on aging invoices and aging reports.
- Maintain the integrity of the TMS database, including customer and supplier addresses, plant and customer contact information, accurate data entry, error resolution, load updates, support rate, carrier management, and other administrative functions within the TMS.
- Facilitate resolution of scheduling and shipment conflicts between Client plants, vendors, carriers, and customers.
- Answer questions from Client facilities and partner carriers.
- Communicate with the Logistics Team and direct Managers daily to escalate issues, such as loads requiring recovery, spot quote shipments, critical or urgent issues on shipments, or site needs.
- Track & trace shipments, manage and report on various measurables in the TMS, including, but not limited to, carrier tender rejections, late delivery and pick-up, late delivery reason codes, load updates from carriers, critical customer lists, and others as needed.

- Communicate weekly Fuel Surcharge updates.
- Monitor freight invoices for fuel cost discrepancies and research as needed.
- Provide TMS training to new Client carriers and site users; develop and maintain SOPs that pertain to TMS training; assist in TMS implementation.
- Other projects and added responsibilities as directed by the Logistics Manager.
- Other functions will be assigned as needed.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with MS Office, Excel, and Word.
- Minimum 2 years of business analytics experience.
- Minimum 2 years of freight audit experience.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Transportation or Load Planning experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree.
