About the Role: Cash Depot is seeking a visionary Director of AI Integration to architect and implement AI across all business units. This executive-level role will drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, optimize operations, and improve the ROI on real-time data collected from our national ATM network, customer systems, and internal operations. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position that will shape how AI transforms decision-making, forecasting, field operations, customer service, fraud detection, logistics, and more. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the company-wide AI integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner with operations, IT, analytics, finance, and customer service to embed AI tools into core workflows. Optimize decision-making through real-time data modeling, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics. Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases in areas like: ATM uptime optimization, routing and logistics, fraud and risk mitigation, customer service automation, and forecasting and supply chain planning. Build and lead a high-performing AI and data engineering team. Oversee vendor selection and integration of AI platforms, tools, and APIs. Ensure ethical AI governance and compliance with data security standards. Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities and outcomes. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML integration, product innovation, or digital transformation. Proven ability to implement AI solutions across business functions-not just in theory, but in execution. Deep understanding of real-time analytics, large-scale data systems, and machine learning deployment. Experience leading cross-functional projects with technical and non-technical teams. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and change management skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD a plus).
