Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Clifton, NJ. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Responsible for identifying and documenting quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Facilitates the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products.
• Leads the preparation and execution of internal audits within established manufacturing and production controls to ensure compliance with internal and external specifications and standards.
• Liaises with auditing groups and inspectors to develop formal written reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Identifies trends in discrepancies and collaborates with process owners on the refinement and optimization of business processes.
• Oversees testing department activities and the work of inspectors.
• Reviews, approves, and controls work order flow tags.
• Develops inspection techniques, tools, and supplemental inspection instructions in support of standards, methods, and procedures.
• Participates in supplier corrective and preventative actions, including customer escapes, process nonconformities, supplier corrective actions, customer and change control, and material review board meetings.
• Intermediate professional with practical knowledge of the job area.
• Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for their own job area.
• Communicates with contacts inside and outside the own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures
• Identifies and addresses changes within own job area.
• Works to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $31.00 / hr.

Hours: 9/80 hrs/Week. 6:00 AM-3:30 PM

Length: Temp to Perm (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with working in an ESD environment.
• Minimum 3 years of Inspection experience using as verniers, micrometers, height gages, and microscopes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with print structures to determine 'as built' vs 'as designed' configurations.

• Ability to read and understand complex mechanical assembly drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and Engineering sketches, and the
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Able to use instruments such as verniers, micrometers, and height gages to measure and evaluate parts dimensions.
• Also needs the ability to use computers and microscopes.
• Working Knowledge of GDMT.
• General understanding of IPC Standards.
• Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adjust/pivot and be flexible, while staying on task.
• IPC 10 Certification.
