About the role: As a Recruiter you will be an integral partner for our Operating and Maintenance Services (OMS) and Long Term Operations (LTO) business lines - supporting critical projects and talent pipelines across engineering, technical operations, project management and field service. You'll work closely with hiring managers, HR Partners and candidates to deliver high-impact recruiting strategies that align with the organization's growth and performance goals while providing an outstanding candidate experience. You will report to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition and be located at Cranberry Township, PA headquarters. You will have a hybrid work arrangement. Key Responsibilities:
