- Develops, implements, and analyzes manufacturing engineering plans and projects and communicates them to internal and external customers.
- Defines, develops, and transfers manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems.
- Develops manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
- Actively participates with engineering project teams to coordinate the release of new products.
- Estimates and tracks manufacturing costs, determines time standards, and recommends tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintains records and reporting systems for the coordination of manufacturing operations.
- Manage projects or processes with general supervision.
- Communicates with contacts inside and outside their department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.
- Recommends enhancements to systems and processes.
- Works to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing process, sequence of manufacturing events, and process improvement.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, process sequence, timing studies, and process improvements.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Excel.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Engaging/able to work closely with people.
