FP&A Specialist - North America Services & Delivery

This position will be a key partner to the North America Services and Delivery function. You will partner with key finance management in developing and operationalizing financial forecasts to support the company's future success. You will be deeply involved with high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate optimizing Itron's financial & business planning processes. This position will have the opportunity to interface with cross-functional teams and all management levels.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Monthly close and reporting responsibilities including accruals, analysis of expenses, actual to forecast variance, monthly cost allocations, account reconciliations, and close meeting preparation for insightful commentary.

• Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts and present financial results and lead forecast reviews with senior leadership. Drive change and process improvement for improved efficiency and accuracy.

• Develop, analyze, interpret, present, and implement financial concepts for all areas of financial planning to all levels of the organization.

• Maintain financial models supporting executive conclusions

• Contribute to cross-functional business projects.

• Assist on ad-hoc strategic and operational assignments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a strategic finance role.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, as well as proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, etc.

• Ability to create and managing financial models.

• Excellent communication skills with all level of the management team and ability to challenge the status quo.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of organizational skills.

• Ability to drive actions forward in a hybrid work environment (virtual/in-office).

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in Power BI

• Experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase skills or similar cube-based reporting platform

• Experience in financial analysis for a services organization a plus.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Finance or other business-related discipline; MBA a plus.

Physical Demands: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.

Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary for this position is $75,000 - $141,000.
