Anaplan is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director, Partner Applications Programs preferably in a hybrid role based out of an Anaplan office (San Francisco, San Ramone, Minneapolis, Miami, or New York City) to build, operationalize, and scale our Partner Applications Program. This role will lead the design and management of the frameworks, processes, and partner experience that support how partners develop, launch, and grow applications on the Anaplan platform. You'll be responsible for turning strategy into execution - enabling a thriving ecosystem of partner-built applications that deliver customer value, accelerate time to impact, and fuel Anaplan's growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Alliances, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Enablement, and Sales teams to ensure partners are set up for success and aligned to Anaplan's platform and commercial strategy. Your Impact Program Strategy & Design: Develop and evolve the end-to-end Partner Applications Program, including qualification criteria, commercial models, governance processes, and performance measurement. Partner Engagement & Enablement: Define and manage structured partner onboarding and readiness for application development, including the creation of partner guides, tools, and advisory forums. Launch & Lifecycle Management: Build and oversee processes for application intake, evaluation, approval, launch, and post-launch support - including cross-functional alignment and readiness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Alliances, GTM, and Operations teams to ensure partner applications align with Anaplan's product roadmap, quality standards, and value proposition. Marketplace & Commercialization: Partner with GTM and Marketing teams to shape how applications are positioned, sold, and marketed - including routes to market, co-sell motions, and potential monetization models. Governance & Risk Mitigation: Implement scalable stage gates and controls to safeguard customer success and brand integrity, while enabling innovation from partners. Program Communications & Reporting: Establish regular reporting and feedback loops with partners and internal stakeholders.
