Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with organizational leaders to develop and execute people strategies that align with wider business objectives. The HRBP consults on a range of HR topics to build workforce capability, drive change, address HR needs proactively and promote talent development. This role requires strong partnership skills to influence leaders and enable managers. HRBPs must have solid knowledge across HR disciplines, analytical ability, critical thinking, consultation skills, and is solution focused.
Responsibilities
- Consult with divisional leadership on HR priorities including talent planning, retention, capability building, and culture
- Create integrated HR solutions related to organizational structure, job design, skill development, and staffing to achieve goals
- In partnership with our HR Operations team, support the end-to-end delivery of Employee Relations cases - including intake, investigations, recommendations, documentation, and closure.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR programs, policies, and processes focusing on employee motivation and capability
- Interpret data and metrics to analyze effectiveness of HR initiatives as input for enhancing or redesigning programs
- Proactively identify people-related opportunities or risks requiring organizational attention and develop strategies to address
- Lead projects to evolve policies, processes, and systems focused on the attraction, retention, and growth of top talent
- Provide HR guidance on change management and employee communication for organizational initiatives or transformations
- Partner with HR Leadership to deploy company-wide HR platforms, solutions, and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of HR experience
Preferred:
- Master's degree
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification
- Previous experience working in a larger, matrixed company
- 2-4 Years of Business Partner experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge across all HR disciplines including talent management, development, compensation, and employment law
- Strong analytical capability using data to provide insights and support fact-based decision making
- Excellent advisory, presentations, collaboration, project management and influencing skills
- Strong relationship management skills and experience partnering with organizational leaders
- Strong business acumen with a talent/people lens
- Ability to manage competing demands, prioritize work with a sense of urgency, meet deadlines, work independently, and deliver on commitments
- Results and action oriented

Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
$93,600 - $131,040
