Pay Range: $34,000 - $48,000 Job Summary: The Account Manager will foster strong relationships as the primary point of contact, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and keeping retailers informed about progress and updates. They will work closely with sales, supply planning, logistic partners, and other internal and external teams to proactively identify client needs and challenges, create and execute strategic plans to improve retailer satisfaction; and to ensure timely and effective resolution for all inquiries, complaints, and issues.
