What You'll Do



  • Performs daily assembly operation of soldering lead wires and connectors for products based on specific instructions, drawing and BOM. Charged with assembling our products and adhering to our work instructions and quality procedures.
  • Wear the necessary PPE while performing job duties; maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Accountable and responsible for all hand tools at operators' station and tools are property returned to their location
  • Inspect incoming products for any defects; alert Supervisor prior to starting project; inspect and be accountable for outgoing products
  • Programming machines to correctly load magazine to reduce waste; turning on computer tablets for correct drawings and BOM; making sure there are no defects to products such as scratched wires or crossovers during winding operation.
  • Meet or exceed productivity goals
  • All Other Duties as Assigned



What You'll Bring



  • High School diploma or GED equivalent or
  • Work experience and skill development
  • 0-2 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have basic knowledge of computer



What We Value



  • Must be able to read and interpret BOM / Drawings
  • Ability to use measuring tools such as ruler, tape measure and micrometers
  • Knowledge of using hand tools such as wire strippers, hydraulic stripper, soldering skills (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to understand and operate machinery
  • Must be able to read and comprehend safety procedures, work instructions and assembly drawings
  • Must have attention to detail and be able to work independently and follow written procedures
  • Continuous training on new equipment or process
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of jib crane operation
