Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a highly driven Project Manager to join our geostructural design services team within our geotechnical discipline. In this role, you will coordinate and grow our geostructural engineering business across the nation. You'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of talented engineers while partnering closely with other Managers and Principals. If you have a strong background in geostructural engineering and are eager to work on diverse, multidisciplinary projects-while taking the lead-this could be the perfect fit for you! Travel may be required. This position is based in New York State, and candidates are expected to work from one of our offices located in Albany, Newburgh, Valhalla (Westchester), Buffalo, Rochester, Binghamton, or New York, NY. Responsibilities Responsibilities include preparing scopes of work and proposals, serving as the project manager for geostructural design projects led by project engineers, and overseeing the profit and loss (P&L) for assigned projects. The role also involves developing new relationships and strengthening existing connections with clients and key influencers, as well as maintaining accurate project records and files in accordance with firm protocols.
Qualifications
