This is a highly visible, in-office role requiring exceptional customer service, executive presence, and program management skills with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:
Meeting and Event Planning & Execution

* Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of in-office meetings and events including executive-level engagements, partner receptions, team offsites, and customer-facing activations.
* Manage all meeting and event logistics: pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up including metrics, lessons learned, and documentation.
* Support complex ELT-level events and simple meeting setups, ensuring seamless experiences for all participants.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Real Estate, Facilities, Employee Engagement, Office of Equality, Security Operations, and Culinary teams.
* Co-manage external vendors and agency partners to ensure successful program execution.
* Serve as a consultative partner to internal teams and clients using event space, offering creative, strategic input and public speaking support.

Operational Excellence

* Maintain and improve team playbooks and documentation for scalable, efficient planning processes.
* Manage shared calendars (G-Cal) for internal event space scheduling and act as key stakeholder in booking approvals.
* Monitor and report on event KPIs including attendance, engagement, and satisfaction via surveys and other tools.
* Ensure events reflect consistent Salesforce branding, messaging, and values.

Tools & Platforms

* Proficiently use Salesforce tools such as GCAL, Social Tables, ticketing systems, DocuSign, and Google Suite for planning and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

* 7+ years of successful event management experience in a high-tech, B2B, customer-centric environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple events and complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Deep experience with nonprofit event planning and corporate social responsibility events.
* Strong understanding of brand positioning and ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across events.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Executive presence with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
* Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and vendor contracts.
* Skilled in creative problem-solving and negotiation under pressure.
* Comfortable with online registration platforms and event reporting systems.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* This is a full-time in-office role based in San Francisco, Monday through Friday.
* Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends based on business needs.
* Occasional travel to offsite locations for event support may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Personable, professional, and articulate under pressure.
* Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
* Deeply aligned with Salesforce values and culture.
