What You Will Do to Change Lives


The HR Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the SVP & CPO. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in legal administrative support, particularly in employment law, litigation, and compliance. Additionally, the HR Executive Assistant will coordinate across various HR functions, including Risk & Governance, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Enterprise Learning.


Shifts Available:


Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


The expected salary range is $71,614.67-$88,447.23.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.


What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)


* BA/BS


* Five (5) years of experience supporting a C-level executive


* A Must be at least 18 years of age


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit including, Teams, Word, Excel, Co-Pilot and PowerPoint


* All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.



Preferred:


* Experience in HR


* Master's or advanced degree


* Experience in the health care / behavioral health industry


* Ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines effectively



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Organizational Integration:


* The HR Executive Assistant is embedded in the HR leadership structure and is expected to coordinate across multiple HR functions including Risk & Governance, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Enterprise Learning


Communication Management:


* Demonstrate the Telecare mission, purpose, values and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholders


* Maintain a polite and professional communication style in all interactions with Telecare employees and executive leadership.


* Screen calls, emails, and messages as appropriate to prioritize what needs immediate attention.


* Proactively lend support to the Chief Legal Counsel and other Telecare employees with enthusiasm and cheerfulness.


Document and Records Management:


* Organize documents, maintain records, and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism


* Develop and manage a process to support meetings, keeping them on time and adhering to the agenda, capturing notes and ensuring timely distribution of meeting notes and materials.


Administrative Support:


* Provide general administrative support, including typing, power point presentations, word processing, and managing office supplies.


* Critical Thinking: Support the CHRO in strategic HR initiatives, including change management, performance management, and organizational development. Demonstrate ability to operate autonomously, make decisions independently and problem solve as needed to deliver quality solutions.


* Performs tasks correctly and according to policies and procedures


* Performs assigned tasks supporting the SVP & CPO, including:


o Participates as a team member and provides input via reporting observations, concerns and asking appropriate questions


o Demonstrates knowledge and proper use of equipment and technology including Excel, Teams, Zoom, Co-Pilot, Powerpoint, etc.


o Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.


o Demonstrates a good rapport and cooperative working relationships with all members of the team; responds to coworkers with concern and promotes group morale


o Continually focuses on assigned tasks and seeks and implements improvements as necessary


o Acts in a professional manner, always demonstrating respect and understanding of the community and neighborhood when representing Telecare in the community


o Completes and follows through with tasks and assignments, meeting expected deadlines


Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at the discretion of management.



SKILLS


* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills


* Superior organization and prioritization skills


* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint



PHYSICAL DEMANDS


The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.


The employee is occasionally required to sit, bend, twist, push, pull and lift and carry items weighing 25 pounds or less as well as to frequently walk, stand, twist, reach and to do simple grasping occasionally. The position requires manual deviation, repetition and dexterity and to occasionally drive.
