This position is on-site at Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC) located at 111 South George Mason Drive, Arlington, Virginia supporting the Army National Guard G4 Directorate (ARNG-LGZ)

ARNG Budget Analyst (Collective Training Branch) *Must have a Secret Clearance*

Job Description



  • Examines budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations
  • Analyzes budgeting and accounting reports
  • Serve as a budget/finance analyst supporting the Collective Training Branch
  • Analyze MDEP TRCD and report obligations
  • Performs other related contract tasks and personnel administrative support requirements


*Must have a current Secret Clearance*

Desired Requirements:



  • At least 10 years of service at the Senior NCO or Company Grade Officer level, preferably in the ARNG.
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline.


Duties:



  • Achieve a working knowledge of ARNG Combat Training Centers at the National Training Center and Joint Readiness Training Center, Division Warfighters and Brigade Warfighters.
  • Maintain a ledger of 2060 pay and allowance requirements and funding as POM positions evolve in CPROBE.
  • Develop and recommend to the team lead Program Objective Memorandum requirements for MDEP TRCD. Assist in developing recommended distribution plans for MDEP TRCD in support of Collective Training programs.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the Manday Resource Model.
  • Provide timely obligation reports for TRCD funding as determined by the MDEP Manager.
