We are seeking a curious, adaptable, and solution-oriented Digital Solutions Specialist-someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, and who is passionate about streamlining processes, connecting systems, and enabling innovation through automation and AI.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building smart, scalable solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, integrating enterprise applications, and experimenting with emerging tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio to create custom AI agents.

Your work will help us move faster, work smarter, and unlock new possibilities across the organization. You'll be involved in initiatives that include:

• Designing and building automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Creating integrations between enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and tools like Azure Logic Apps or Workato.
• Developing and deploying custom AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance internal processes and user experiences.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prototyping and testing new tools and technologies to assess feasibility and impact.
• Supporting the adoption of new digital tools through training, documentation, and change management.
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance data flow across systems.

• A degree is not required-what matters most is your experience, curiosity, and ability to creatively apply technology to real-world challenges.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, especially Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Familiarity with enterprise application integration using APIs, webhooks, or tools like Azure Logic Apps, Workato, or Zapier.
• Experience or interest in building AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
• Ability to map business processes and identify opportunities for automation or improvement.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A willingness to explore, experiment, and learn new tools and technologies.
• Bonus: Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python) or RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate Desktop, UiPath).
