Overview (Scope of Role) The Product Manager - Engineered Solutions (North America) leads the product strategy and performance for PC/ABS Compounds and PMMA Resins in North America. This role is responsible for profitability, pricing execution, demand forecasting, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to deliver on business objectives. The Product Manager plays a critical role in managing product lifecycle, supporting new product introductions, and driving the success of the Engineered Solutions portfolio. Responsibilities This is a key business role within the Engineered Solutions Business. The Product Manager owns the margin performance of their product lines and acts as a cross-functional leader to execute the commercial strategy. They are accountable for the demand forecast, pricing decisions, and product portfolio priorities, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with market needs and internal capabilities:
Owns the product-level P&L levers including price, mix, and supply allocation
