Elevator Operator

A Day in the Life:

Primary responsibility is the operation of the grain elevator as it pertains to loading, unloading and transferring grain and grain products in an efficient, safe and sanitary manner. Also assists or leads in all other aspects of grain handling, storage, maintaining facilities/equipment and elevator operations.

Position Details:

12-hour shifts 3-4 days per week on a rotating schedule (6a-6p or 6p-6a), $20.25

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in all areas of the loading, unloading and transferring of grain and grain products for truck, barge, rail (location specific).
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Assist in basic maintenance activities.
• Know and understand all facets of Bunge's safety programs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious environment
• Ability to work in a highly quality controlled environment.
• 0-1 year of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent desired
• Agricultural experience preferred
