Position Overview:

This role is responsible for Post-Closing Loan administration of Commercial, SBA, Residential and/or Consumer Loans.

Key Responsibilities:





  • Post close booking and review for all business lines Commercial (C&I, CRE/Multifamily, Community Banking, SBA), Residential and Consumer.




  • Process on-going loan servicing for all business lines (advances, paydowns, interest payments, rate changes, credit risk rating, payoffs, reversals, audit confirmation etc.)
  • Process on-going servicing activity for Commercial agented and participated loans including C&I agent notice processing and/or Swap processing.
  • Process Loan Assignments
  • Prepare SBA Colson Reporting and respond to inquiries
  • Monitor all reconciliation, suspense, exceptions, and past dues for assigned portfolios
  • Monitor quarterly and monthly fees including unused line fees and letter of credit fees
  • Customer Service (respond to internal and external inquiries)
  • Administer Annual Escrow Analysis and all related processes including internal and external inquiries




  • Prepare and Review all Loan Operations Reconciliations




  • Ability to transfer knowledge to other team members (i.e. training)
  • Accountable to book, review and service loans in accordance with documented policies and procedures
  • Support management with various projects and audit requests


Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in business Related Field required
  • Minimum 5-8 years working in a Commercial Loan Operations Department
  • Strong understanding and ability to read and interpret Commercial Lending Credit Agreements, including but not limited, to agented and participated loans.
  • Strong understanding of Loan Operations SOX controls and risk mitigation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong client interaction skill set
  • Detail oriented
  • Superior multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with basic office programs and equipment including Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of Jack Henry System Silverlake a plus
  • Knowledge of Synergy and Synergy Capture a plus
  • Knowledge of Syntraks a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is $68,400 to $95,000, plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
