Job Description:The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for supervising all food production, enforcing brand standards, ensuring menu item quality and nutrition integrity for patient care, and food safety and sanitation as overseen by the Clinical Nutrition Manager (CNM), as well as enforcing brand standards for catering services, and the cafes. The Culinary Supervisor reports to the Culinary Manager and works with Operations Supervisors and department managers to ensure the proper cooking and quality food production techniques of the patient, cafeteria, and catering menus. The Culinary Supervisor monitors food production and enforces brand standards in the kitchens and cafes at the Walnut Creek Campus, the Concord Campus and the Behavioral Health Center to ensure cross campus consistency and patient menu nutritional adequacy.

Pay Range: $36.11 - $54.16 HourlyOffer amounts are based on
demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word 'exempt' on it.
