We're seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Job Placement Coordinator to help connect AMIkids youth with meaningful employment opportunities. In this role, you'll build and maintain partnerships with local and national employers, recruit participants, and monitor placement success. If you have a passion for workforce development and want to play a vital role in helping youth secure brighter futures, you may have a place on the AMIkids team. What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit employer sponsors and match youth with job opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with businesses and workforce agencies.
- Collaborate with team members to align placements with participants' interests and skills.
- Track and report on job placement outcomes, employer satisfaction, and grant benchmarks.
- Support youth in developing job search skills and understanding employment expectations.
- Ensure employer compliance with federal, state, and local youth employment laws.
- Attend job fairs, community events, and provide transportation for youth as needed.
- Maintain certifications in CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention per state and contract requirements.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience
Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum three years of relevant experience in recruitment, job placement, or community engagement.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; basic Excel).
