Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Federal Sales Account Executive to expand our footprint within US Federal Civilian agencies with an expertise in Health and Human Services (HHS) especially Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Treasury/IRS. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the IRS and FDA combined with experience supporting all Federal civilian agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within Civilian Agencies.
  • Understand and align with HHS/FDA regulatory requirements and processes, advising on how our solutions can enhance compliance, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Understand and align with Treasury/IRS regulatory requirements and processes, advising on how our solutions can enhance compliance, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the designated federal territory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, to articulate the value proposition of our data-centric solutions to the US Federal Civilian Agencies.
  • Stay abreast of policy changes, regulatory developments, and advancements in technology that impact the Federal Government.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to illustrate how our products meet the intricate needs of US Federal agencies.
  • Respond to federal RFPs/RFIs, prepare sales reports, and provide feedback to the product development teams on federal market requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage the post-sales relationship, serving as a liaison between federal agencies and our technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct federal sales experience, with a proven track record in Civilian Agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the agency operational frameworks, regulatory environments, and decision-making processes.
  • Technical proficiency with data management tools and analytics platforms, and an ability to grasp and explain how technology applies to data usage within the US Federal government.
  • Strong network within federal civilian agencies and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • US citizenship required; existing clearance or ability to obtain a federal government security clearance is preferred.
