NOTE:This job requisitions is for the on-boarding of 3, IT Asset Analyst (End User Computing IT Asset Manager). qty: 3

If an example of a users profile will help, they will function in the same capacity as Angel Gonzalez (for CMUS, Johnny Youman's / Aron Larson for WM US).

However,these 3 are currently contractors provided by a company CNB uses called Turner Techtronic's. They need to be onboarded to address a significant 3rd. part risk identified for CNB.

They will be doing the exact same role / service for CNB in Los Angeles. This job requisition is to facilitate the on boarding of:

Robert Hudson
Colin Merritt
Stephanie Lieb

They are fully trained technicians and asset management analysts and are aware that we transitioning / on-boarding and will continue doing the at the Turner Techtronic's facility in Burbank California until a new CNB build site is established at CNB's 1801 Olympic Blvd. location in Los Angeles.

Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The IT Asset Associate Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational management and execution of the Software and/or Hardware Asset Management Processes. The Asset Analyst is responsible for managing Asset Management processes including fulfilment, rapid replacement of failed equipment and recovery as well as supporting operations associated with the IT Asset Repository. This is an enterprise role spanning ALL IT Assets in the CNB inventory and is expected to be a delegate for the IT Asset Manager. This role will track and optimize software, hardware and other IT commodity purchases, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of software and hardware to reduce IT costs and limit business and legal risks related to the ownership and use of software and hardware, while maximizing IT responsiveness and Colleague productivity.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Manage and support software and/or hardware asset reconciliation and requested audit activities on a timely basis, including financial, licensing, warranty, and maintenance/support contract information. Maintain annual license renewals and certifications. Validate, and reconcile software and/or hardware licenses against the installed asset base.

  • Maintains precise documentation and accurate usage of the asset tracking system ensuring internal processes, procedures, tools and infrastructure are documented, maintained with accuracy, and adhered to in day to day operations and according to regulatory requirements.

  • Works with Stewards and process managers to ensure an integrated approach to the design, implementation, and coordination of interfaces between Hardware and Software Asset Management processes and other service management processes. (Change, Release, Incident, and QA/Reconciliation, Enterprise Procurement, Technology Lifecycle Management etc.).

  • Enforces the IT Asset Management processes, policies and standards, work instructions and activities in compliance within the established IT controls framework.

  • Identify which CIs need to be managed and controlled from the basis of Asset, Configuration Management, and Inventory. Define the CI types and level of detail at which CIs are to be identified. Explore opportunities for maximizing or exploiting unused or partially used IT assets to achieve full financial and usage efficiency of IT Assets in the CNB environment

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must Have:

  • Strong working ethic is essential quality of an asset manager.

  • Need to be able finish what you start and do it in a timely manner. Our users ride on the back of the technology this department provides and they rely upon us to keep them working

  • Service oriented and have exceptional people skills.

  • prioritize and adjust on the fly is an important quality.

  • Background in all aspects of deskside support (although the candidate will Not be a part of desk side support) the knowledge and skills required in particular with regard to pc support (in particular laptops) are the same and are necessary to be successful in this role.

  • Must be detail oriented, attention to details is essential. Data integrity is essential as we work in a highly regulated industry / environment, and everything must be accounted for promptly and accurately.

  • The ability to become familiar with the needs of the users and the businesses being served is critical.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $65,000 - $105,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
