The Team: The Opportunity: What Your Impact Will Be: - Actively generate new product opportunities to innovate and the brand - Execute on both Product Designs and Graphic Designs - Design and develop fashions, accessories, playsets and / or advertised lines or segments - Builds consensus between members throughout the design process - Partner with Development Design, Engineering, Packaging and Cost Engineering to ensure product integrity and marketing objectives - Daily communication with Asia partners - Successfully present and communicate their concepts to the design and marketing management and creative departments - Manage the early phases of design and development with other disciplines within the company What We're Looking For: - BS/BA degree in Fashion Design, Toy Design or equivalent - 1-3 Years Professional Experience - Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and 2D computer programs - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Adobe Creative Suite proficiency - Knowledge of 3D CAD (Alias, Rhino 3D is a plus) - Knowledge of material and manufacturing process - Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment - Ability to project manage - Ideal candidate will exhibit interest and knowledge of the current fashion trends as well as awareness of the current fashion doll category and the competitive landscape - Portfolio demonstrating strong design excellence and superior problem solving The annual base salary range for this position is between $52,400.00 - $92,000.00.
