Associate Marketing Creative Producer

We're a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and ultimately putting our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

As an Associate Marketing Creative Producer for Live Services Marketing, you will contribute to the management of creative pipeline needs for multiple titles within EA Mobile's top franchises. You will help support other Marketing Producers and Creative Leads throughout the production process across internal teams, external partners, and licensors to deliver final creative assets. In close partnership with EA game studios, as well as Live Services Marketing leaders across Product Marketing, Creative, and Platform Marketing, the assets you help deliver will increase player acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will help manage creative marketing asset pipelines with our production team, studio teams, and creative agency partners, working collaboratively to understand the games and to produce assets that bring creative campaigns to life. This role will report to the Director, Mobile Creative & Production.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Creative Producers in the management and production of marketing creative assets

  • Manage and maintain production schedules for creative production, testing, and delivery across internal and external partners

  • Arrange vendor briefing sessions and pricing per job

  • Reconcile vendor pricing against budgets to ensure forecast scope, partnering with Production and Finance on budget management

  • Responsible for delivery of Game Studio creative source assets to vendors

  • Manage production partners and vendors to produce work within scope and identify risks

  • Manage the delivery of marketing assets for review by Creative Lead and consolidate feedback from all key stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Licensor, and Legal

  • Manage updates to creative production trackers with relevant information and deliverables

  • Handle delivery of final creative assets to respective teams

  • Build relationships with internal team leaders including Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, User Acquisition, Data Science, Franchise Brand Marketing, Regional Marketing and Platform Marketing to meet a common goal

  • Optimize production and process where possible, exemplifying best practices

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and or deep passion for mobile gaming

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or creative production

  • Creative-minded project manager who can bring stories and ideas to life as a team

  • Experience supporting and managing production assets within a cross-functional team

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as AirTable, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana

  • Strong project management skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) * $82,500 - $122,900 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
