Position Title: Mortgage Construction Loan Processor
Reporting Manager: Mortgage Construction Loan Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Maintains member contact and provides frequent and timely status updates according to Call Report requirements.
2.Manages and reviews pipeline daily to ensure efficient processing and management of new construction loan applications and projects currently in progress.
3.Serve as liaison between members and builders during the construction project.
4. Obtains all documentation required from the member or 3rd parties to complete the mortgage transaction.
5.Reviews and evaluates all credit, asset, income, contract, appraisal and title documents according to policy and guidelines.
6.Ensures all documentation for mortgage loans is accurate and meets TDECU and secondary market guidelines.
7.Organizes and prepares loans for closing and modification.
8.Administers construction draws and monitors progress and budgets, logging and maintaining project and budget data in the appropriate systems.
9.Supports Mortgage Construction Loan Manager in review of construction-related documents.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience.3+ Years job related experience including familiarity with Customer Service, Lending, or Loan Processing is required. 1+ Years experience in Residential Construction Loan Processing or equivalent preferred. Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel experience
