This hybrid position, based in either Columbus, Ohio or Charleston, WV, plays a role in advancing our cloud strategy with a focus on performance, security, and scalability. JOB OBJECTIVE: The Tech Lead, Hosting Services (Cloud) will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative infrastructure solutions that transform user experience through the power of cloud technologies. With a focus on security, scalability, and performance, this role will contribute to delivering seamless, secure, and efficient solutions for our organization's infrastructure needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure solutions tailored to meet the organization's operational and business needs. Provide expertise in cloud-based products for end users, ensuring robust performance, security, and scalability. Implement cloud security best practices to protect sensitive data and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user experience transformation through cloud solutions, improving scalability, efficiency and accessibility. Design and manage cloud security measures, ensuring environments remain secure against evolving threats. Lead initiatives for migrating existing infrastructure to cloud solutions while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide troubleshooting and technical support for issues, ensuring rapid resolution and system uptime. Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the organization's IT infrastructure. Create and maintain clear documentation for solutions, security configurations, and processes. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 8+ years of relevant work experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on cloud technologies and solutions. Strong expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) Proven track record of transforming user experiences through cloud technologies. Experience in cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and management, including system migrations and optimizations. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders This position has been evaluated in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
