Job Description:

THE ROLE

The Customer Enablement Lead is responsible for enhancing Customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and fostering long-term relationships. The primary responsibility of the Customer Enablement Lead will be to grow Customer Satisfaction while meeting Revenue targets. The position will be a mixture of managing external customers with most of the time engaged with internal matters.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Remotely manage and interface with Assigned Accounts including one of Entegris' Global Strategic Customers (GSC) on mature product lines and reoccurring Revenue

  • Lead internal actions to resolve Customer priority issues with a focus on Entegris' Deposition and Etch Solution Business Unit

  • Provide up to date and accurate forecasts for the assigned GSC and other Accounts

  • Partner with Finance and related functions on escalations of Accounts Receivables

  • Manage Product allocation by Customer based on Priorities

  • Lead Semi-annual Business Review processes for Materials Solution portion of the GSC

  • Collaborate cross functionally to track and drive improvements in On Time Shipments

  • Ensure Quality and PCNs are communicated correctly with Customers and stay on schedule

  • Establish process and programs that enhance Entegris' Customer scorecard

  • Drive increased Customer satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain an accurate forecast.

  • Manage the interface for PCNs, Quality notices, or other aspects where timeliness and communication is critical.

  • Keep Customers payments current.

  • Establish Product allocations based on cross functional inputs

  • Meet established Revenue targets from mature products

  • Apply new pricing programs

  • Define and develop post-sale Customer enablement/training programs

WHAT WE SEEK

  • Minimum of 5 years Sales experience in Semiconductor Industry. Chemical and process engineering background preferred.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple priorities and projects with dynamic timelines to execution.

  • Is curious, seeking to understand opportunities, challenges, issues, and solutions to a level that optimizes insights for maximum resolution.

  • Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a strong background in data analysis including Excel and other database tools. Proficient in PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency and prior experience with Salesforce CRM platform.

  • Communications proficiency in English

  • Experience with Semiconductor Customers and their specific needs

  • Data analysis capabilities

  • Attention to detail

Compensation: $111,000 - 139,000/ year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
