SUMMARY Responsible for the development of financial reporting to consultants and clients related to the financial performance and risk associated with employee benefit programs. Provide data analysis support to the brokerage, claims, actuarial, underwriting, and data analytics teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Organize and analyze large quantities of data, from both internal and external resources, to support data needs; * Construct basic to moderately complex data models for analysis; * Provides reporting from data warehouse; * Review indicative data for accurateness; * Development of dashboards and reports for consultants & management; * Collaborates in the development and documentation of data-related projects and processes (e.g. benchmarking and surveys); * Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); * Proactively contributes ideas for improvement and implements methodologies to reduce errors and maximize productivity; * Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent combination of education and experience One to three years of related work experience Some underwriting experience preferred SKILLS Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis in Excel Skilled in Power BI or similar data visualization tool Technical understanding of data structure, data mining, and reporting processes Excellent analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills Ability to learn, evaluate and analyze new business concepts, processes and tools Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork Ability to work productively as an individual to accomplish assigned projects #LI-REMOTE We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
