Job Overview:

The Senior Analyst - Contact Strategy will lead marketing efforts to deliver personalized site experience for our customers and drive segmentation strategies for the Contact Strategy team. This individual will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that bring synergy between the customer's email, mobile and site experiences. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, exhibit strong analytical skills and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Essential Functions



  • Develop and Execute Site Personalization Strategies via Adobe Test & Target.

    • This includes identifying opportunities for personalization, defining target audiences, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment of personalized experiences across our website and CRM channels.
    • Analyze campaign performance, summarize findings and share results with appropriate stakeholders and cross functional teams.

  • Develop targeting strategies for Direct Mail, Email, and SMS/Push to improve customer retention and drive overall omnichannel sales.

    • Apply different targeting strategies, including RFM, Model Scores, Control Groups, etc.
    • Build and optimize audiences in the campaign management tool (SAS 360) for all CRM channels.
    • Compile results and summarize findings in a digestible format along with recommendations and next steps on select CRM campaigns.

  • Preparation and maintenance of the weekly email status sheet which includes targeting, segmentation, versions, count approval, scheduling and communication of all email marketing campaigns for cross functional team meetings.
  • Design, implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize CRM strategies.
  • Drive and manage asset workflow, including creative briefs, linking strategies, etc. for select CRM initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:



  • BS or BA Degree required, Marketing and/or Digital Marketing background a plus
  • 3-5 years of analytical experience
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in using marketing systems and tools such as Adobe Test & Target and SAS 360
  • Ability to partner with multiple cross functional teams
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Results and goal focused
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, and recognizes the need for urgency
