PAY: $189K - $195K

JOB SUMMARY:MCSG seeks a proactive leader with strong program management, personnel supervision, and contract administration expertise to fill the 3IS III Space Integration Program Integrator (PI) position. The Space Integration PI will oversee task order execution, manage assigned teams, and ensure the successful delivery of task order requirements in support of the 392d Combat Training Squadron (392CTS) and Delta 10 Wargaming under the 3IS III contract. Location: This position is on-site at Schriever Space Force Base, CO.

PRIMARY DUTIES:



  • Administer assigned task orders, monitor task order performance, and ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Supervise and direct Space Integration teams, setting priorities, and ensuring project success.
  • Evaluate new contract tasks to assess resource requirements, specialized needs, and feasibility.
  • Lead and develop Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and addressing potential gaps to meet customer needs.
  • Identify manpower needs, develop position descriptions, and support HR in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Act as the primary interface between the Government and contractor employees, relaying direction and ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
  • Use existing financial management tools to track labor and non-labor costs to ensure that funds are precisely accounted for within expectations of the contracting office and the implementing agency.
  • Present monthly financial updates to the company leadership to be presented at monthly Program Management Reviews.
  • Ensure teams are prepared for evolving mission demands associated with exercises, wargames, and advanced Modeling & Simulation (M&S) capabilities.
  • Review Performance Work Statement (PWS) for new contract tasks to verify the level of effort required to accomplish all phases of the PWS and determine if new contract support specialties are required.
  • Ensure personnel meet clearance requirements and maintain access to classified programs.
  • Provide feedback and improvement recommendations to the 3IS III Program Manager on areas related to the assigned Space Integration task orders (e.g., 392 CTS and Delta 10 Wargaming).
  • Up to 10% travel.



REQUIREMENTS:



  • 14-15 years of technical experience within the Department of Defense (DoD), United States Air Force (USAF), or United States Space Force (USSF).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program integration, project management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Up to 10% travel.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Strong understanding of Space Force operations, wargames, exercises, and M&S integration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Possess working knowledge of tools used for exercise planning (e.g., Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), Joint Master Scenario Events List (JMSEL), Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)).
  • Experience with modeling and simulation tools and techniques.



RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 14-15 years of technical experience within the Department of Defense (DoD), United States Air Force (USAF), or United States Space Force (USSF).Minimum of 3 years of experience in program integration, project management, data analysis, or a related field.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred. Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCIclearance with Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
