Genesis10 is seeking a Insurance Document Associate. This is a onsite, 12-month contract role, with an insurance company in Franklin, WI. Responsibilities: Will work as part of a team responsible for opening evaluating, acknowledging and distributing mail in support of an assigned business unit You will examine incoming mail to ensure it has reached the accurate destination, re-routing any misdirected mail to the accurate area Per established guidelines, you will be responsible for officially identifying/acknowledging receipt of all incoming mail You will report information to the underwriter, verifying required information and completing associated forms, responsible for identifying when to raise problems/exceptions to the Team Leader or Manager Requirements: High school or equivalency required 1-2 years prior mail handling experience or customer services experience Strong ability to coordinate and prioritize work under tight time constraints High degree of accuracy; ability to optimally work in a fast paced environment Basic PC proficiency Ability to work independently within established policy standards and procedures Strong team worker with proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively Ability to handle confidential information in a manner consistent with privacy laws and regulations Ability to multi-task, navigate using various systems Must be able to lift 15-20lbs consistently Attention to detail Positive attitude Ability to coach and provide guidance Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
