The key function of the Procurement Process Coordinator is to be responsible for all critical Supply Chain Operation functions, as assigned, based on business need. This position will work in critical roles in the Supply Chain Operations Department to ensure operational goals are achieved. This position will work closely with each coordinator and manager to execute their role as needed. This position will be responsible for critical procurement, utilizing the company's supply chain software, Arete, reporting and managing the department metrics, as well as other functions based on business need. o Assist the Procurement Process Manager as necessary.
o Perform majority of Raw Material duties including purchasing concentrate etc. o Perform majority of Procurement duties using Arete's Avail software, which is utilized for supply planning and optimizing supply chain operations. o Perform majority of Deployment duties including deployment with Avail. o Perform majority of Transportation duties including routing and scheduling. o Approve invoices in Oracle for any suppliers.
o Receive receipts for all direct shipped products, follow up with franchises, update Avail. o Run Days Supply, Critical and Daily inventories. o Keep current load dates up to date to ensure future loads are correct. o Follow up with suppliers as needed for scheduling loads and work with carriers to have them picked up.
o Maintain outage file for purchased and retail products. o Run Monthly reports for Accounting and Metrics. o Manage and collect all Scorecard Metrics and Measures.

Required education and experience
* Experience: o Must have at least three (3) plus years of experience in procurement; Required o Working knowledge of Avail and Prevail systems or working knowledge with a similar Manufacturing and WMS software experience; Preferred o Ability to work on multiple tasks in multiple functions of Supply Chain including raw materials, procurement, deployment, inventory and transportation.
