What you'll do AlixPartners commits to our people's growth, development, and career progression. In this critical role on AlixPartners' Partnership Matters team, you will be responsible for the supporting our leadership team across a broad range of areas. At its core, this role will work closely with the Partnership Matters Office (PMO) team and across all corporate teams and offices to assist in the management of firmwide annual processes related to hiring, promotions, compensation, and reviews. You will ensure all parties experience a timely, efficient, caring, and high-quality interaction with the PMO. You will also help manage global equity programs and other related partnership-affiliated programs. The role is vital to making sure everyone has the information they need, when they need it, to provide a seamless, thoughtful experience for all parties. Being proactive and thinking ahead of the ask will be vital in this trusted role. The Partnership Matters Senior Professional reports to the Partner Matters Partners. This role is in New York, NY. Employees will also receive a generous paid leave policy including vacation/personal time starting at 7.34 hours per pay period, sick time up to 80 hours annually, parental leave, and twelve holidays. The salary range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $40/hr. - $46/hr. with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
