Supply Chain and Operations houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

You are:

A Supply Chain Planning Senior Manager/Associate Director - Solution Delivery Lead specialized in delivering E2E o9 implementation covering Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, and has intermediary skills and knowledge about the Commercial Planning space. You will help contribute, develop and grow our SC&O Planning business for the o9 Solutions platform.

The Work:

Supply Chain Planning leaders shape integrated planning and execution solutions that drive business growth while increasing supply chain resiliency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate Be an interdisciplinary team player who brings alignment and establishes relationships within cross-functional stakeholder groups from Client / o9 / Accenture team
  • Deal with ambiguity Be comfortable and confident working through the unknown as the path forward might not always be clear and have the ability to drive outcome based discussions leading to key decisions
  • Demonstrate Technical expertise Be a critical thinker and demonstrate your extensive Supply Chain process and technology expertise to drive innovative solutions to understand and solve business specific problems
  • Be the Change agent Be familiar with driving change across an organization, aligning and onboarding teams to the implemented new processes and toolsets.
  • Influence outcome Have ability to embrace complex challenges and guide an organization to Process, People and Technology best practices. Build strong relationships to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Lead functional and integration team across project phases Blueprint, Design, Build, Test (Unit test, SIT, UAT), Deploy (Business Simulation, Go Live) and Hypercare till the advanced planning solution is handed over for Business as Usual operations.
  • Play a Techno-functional role understanding clients business needs and propose how these needs can be solved for, by using the Advanced Planning Solution
  • Drive technical design workshops on E2E Data Integration Architecture, frame up Key design decision recommendations and get alignment from cross-functional stakeholders to firm up the solution design
  • Orchestrate data mapping of o9 data requirements with source data by coordinating across teams to deliver the data from Clients ERP system all the way to o9 Integration layer
  • Provides architecture guidance on individual system designs; Architect designs and solutions to support the realization of supply chain planning functionalities on o9 platform
  • Oversee creation of project deliverables and artefacts like Solution Design Document, Technical Design Documents, Source-to-Target Data Mapping Documents, Sprint planning etc. and be on-point for successful completion of each project phase
  • Partner with Scrum Master, Product Owner and the team in defining Functional and Technical User Stories. Partner with Product Owner to identify and prioritize enabler work. Support Product roles in engaging o9 consultants for system implementation guidance, roadmaps, and features.
  • Identifying potential areas of business process improvement and new development, automation of processes, reducing of batch cycle times, UI performance and productivity improvement for efficient enablement of the advanced planning solution
  • Work with o9 product vendor to optimize performance and automate processes for sustained value delivery.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in o9 Solutions or implementing related supply chain planning business solutions

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in integrating o9 with ERPs like SAP ECC, SAP S/4, Oracle EBS or similar

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If masters degree or equivalent (minimum 10-year work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • Proficiency with supply chain master and transactional data, o9 data ingestion and data utilization requirements

  • Strong understanding of o9 integration and platform architecture

  • Hands-on experience in navigating through the o9 tool / different o9 UI pages.

  • Evidence of leading o9 solutions implementation as an Functional lead, Technical lead, Solution Architect, Integration Architect

  • Advanced understanding of o9 functional solution and Reference data models

  • Deep understanding of typical Supply Chain Planning Data sets for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Deployment Planning and Control Tower

  • Experience and background of Commercial Planning business process and capability

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent leadership and management skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
