Overview

How you can make a difference

The Sr Technical Integration Manager is responsible for leading the setup and validation of client integrations across all client market segments and channel partners. This includes managing complex and large-scale file implementations and data integrations with partners and clients to deliver Company solutions. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external clients, as well as third-party data vendors, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technical components using a project management-centric approach. Additionally, the Sr Technical Integration Manager contributes to the development of new organizational solutions in collaboration with the Technical and Product teams, assisting to identify and mitigate risks, design and implement solutions ensuring compatibility and data integrity.

What you'll be doing

    Serve as the primary technical lead for complex client integrations, managing the end-to-end implementation process to ensure seamless delivery of Company solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product, Development, and Implementation teams, as well as external clients and third-party vendors, to drive successful data integrations.
  • Apply a strategic project management approach to oversee technical integration components, ensuring timelines, resources, and risk factors are effectively managed.
  • Proactively identify potential integration risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to address technical challenges before they impact project timelines.
  • Architect, design, and implement data integration solutions that ensure system compatibility, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies and tools to optimize integration processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Develop, refine, documentation, including technical integration guides.
  • Drive the creation and execution of new technical solutions, working in close collaboration with Product and Technical teams to support evolving business needs.
  • Assume full ownership and accountability for standard and complex partner/client implementations, ensuring their successful execution and long-term sustainability.
  • Define, structure, and configure data files and integration processes to align with HQY products, overseeing the complete lifecycle of implementation for these integration points.
  • Perform the file Pre-Go-Live approval process to validate file readiness, adherence to required formats, and operational feasibility before deployment into HQY systems.
  • Present and advocate for HealthEquity's standard file specifications, working closely with clients and partners to assess and align their specifications with our product and service requirements.
  • Drive the management and execution of complex partner data exchanges, overseeing the planning, testing, onboarding, and migration processes with a strong technical focus.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive test plans, including scenario testing and cycle validation, to ensure seamless and accurate data integrations.
  • Act as a key collaborator with Implementation Managers and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of data file or related experience with consumer directed products and industry related experience
  • Ability to analyze a situation and provide "outside the box" solutions
  • Ability to negotiate and influence a client to adopt "best practices"
  • Advanced usage of Excel and its functions, intermediate programming capability preferred
  • Analytical and able to manipulate data and relay it to non-technical individuals in a concise and clear manner
  • Identifies, solves and surfaces problems
  • Intermediate experience with SQL and XML
  • Knowledge of HealthEquity products, consumer directed benefits and the financial industry is preferred
  • Possesses attention to detail and is proactive in projects tasks and timelines
  • Proven track record of working with data files, analysis and testing of data files
  • Self-starter, ability to work on a team collaboratively as well as independently
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong sense of initiative, drive, and organizational skills to accomplish multiple projects simultaneously
  • Thrives under ambiguous instruction

Salary Range

$75500.00 To $96000.00 / year
