As a member of the Applied network, you will assist the project management and production departments. * Coordinate projects from start to finish that are built or completed by the fabrication/service team. * Report to the team on the status of the project(s) weekly including any part delays that may cause an interruption in the production schedule. * Work closely with the sales team to ensure the project(s) meet the customers' requirements and keep the customer updated on delivery schedules. * This will include reviewing submitted projects for accurate and complete requirements using a third party project management software * Enter customer orders in the ERP system that have extensive bills of materials, request quotes from vendors * Expedite orders and also creating service manuals for projects that are built Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Excelled Experience in Excel, Outlook and Adobe * Basic computer skills and MS Office package Desired characteristics: * Ability to learn and apply new information quickly * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities * Solid organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities * Good problem-solving and reasoning skills In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is [$27.00 - $31.00]/hr depending on experience, including potential bonus opportunities. Bonus amounts can be tied to company, location and/or individual performance, but no specific amount is guaranteed.
