Theatro, our user-friendly, voice-driven AI platform provides retail workers with real-time, discreet, and efficient communication - helping them stay safe and productive while delivering top-notch customer service. Job DescriptionArchitect and lead development of real-time speech processing pipeline: Voice Command detection, VAD (voice activity detection), ASR, TTS, noise suppression, echo cancellation, and keyword spotting. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, speech technology, or related field. At least7+ years of experience in speech development and research, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
