• Working in association with senior engineers, perform design, development, coding, testing, research, programming and documentation for software systems, applications and/or operating systems in conjunction with equipment designers and/or hardware developers.
• Design, construct, and oversee cloud computing strategy.
• Establish automation for repeatable and sustainable processes.
• Ensure data privacy across all cloud platforms.
• Define computing requirements, deploy scalable applications to the cloud, and monitor cloud activity.
• Guide the team in scrum practices, providing training and support to overcome obstacles.
• Plan and execute sprints, conducted daily stand-ups, and complete sprint reviews.
• Guide on Agile practices.
• Automate the deployment of multi-cloud services.
• Develop APIs to integrate with and expose build information and securely interact with cloud services.
• Implement a centralized detective controls framework for various services to validate against security standards and compliance.
• Implement least privilege access control.
• Define standards for cloud-based services.
• Telecommuting permitted anywhere within the U.S.

Target Base Salary Range: $148,949 - $166,200 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

• Bachelors Degree + 5 years experience or
• Masters Degree + 3 years experience.
