Retail Execution Manager

Lead Retail Execution key business processes to integrate retail objectives and strategies into a successful execution model. Ensure that retail activation strategies are planned, communicated, and measured to meet short-term and long-term business value. Support and facilitate the communication with brokers. Create valuable insights, analytics, and tools that create successful retail activities across internal and external representation. Collaborate across Danone Sales, Omni-Channel, and brokers to expand retail value delivery. The ability to work with a collaborative mindset and thrive in cross functional partnerships will be a key driver of success in this role.

Key responsibilities:

Analytics and Reporting
• Manage broker partner team through delegation, accountability, and executional excellence
• Support maintenance of retail applications and tools
• Regularly engage in data analysis to develop insights that identify executional opportunities and communicate recommendations to internal/external stakeholders
• Proactively create insights and analytics that increase executional capabilities and enhance business understanding and perspective
• Enable team to deliver strategic objectives and targets by analyzing results on a weekly/monthly basis to provide a path to success
• Analyze ROI of past retail events, use this and new information and tools to determine optimal future investments
• Continually evaluate and evolve reporting capabilities and deliverables by utilizing strategic and forward-looking thought leadership
• Leverage insights from different departments and find application in the retail space
• Identify deployment of analytic methodologies that support retail growth and development
• Communicate insights to internal/external stakeholders to keep them up-to-date on retail performance and marketplace trends across different channels
• Provide plan execution and results to Brand/Category Commercial/Shopper teams regarding retail

• Maintain Strong Broker Relationships
  • Lead execution calls regular basis with regional team
  • Develop impactful partnerships with retail brokers across multiple channels
  • Meet on a regular cadence to evaluate current retail execution trends and share insights to enhance future results
  • Main point-of-contact for all retail invoicing
  • Own relationship and process with Retail material supplier
  • Build a material spend plan within budget parameters

• Retail Center of Excellence
  • Work cross functionally to execute retail activities
  • Manage inventory, distribution, and orders for retail programs
  • Share retail reporting best practices across broker partners
  • Create/host training programs to educate team

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. • 4-year business degree
• 1-3 years minimum experience in data analysis and reporting within CPG
• Prior experience with retail execution and broker management preferred
• Demonstrated ability to achieve breakthrough results through the course of work
• Up to 10% travel time
