Sales Support Coordinator

PSC Group is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Delta Chemical Packaging & Warehousing business. This fast-growing division specializes in providing outsourced chemical filling, warehousing, and shipping solutions to leading manufacturers. In this role, you'll work closely with the Delta sales team to support customer engagement, bid coordination, and reporting, helping ensure a smooth and responsive experience for our clients from first contact through execution.

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with reporting, bid coordination, and sales pipeline tracking
• Provide a superior customer experience by assisting with customer communication and follow-up during the sales and onboarding process
• Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and finance teams to gather necessary details for proposals and service alignment
• Track and maintain bid status, lead information, and customer data in CRM and shared files
• Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and status updates for internal review
• Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, sales collateral, and templates
• Organize and maintain files related to customer opportunities, bids, and sales activities
• Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Experience in the industrial, chemical, or logistics industries is preferred but not required
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
