Position Title: Business Systems Analyst IV Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in the IT industry. Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing solutions based on business requirements. Hands-on experience with workflow development or design tools to create functional specifications. Preferred: Experience designing marketing campaigns using a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce). Strong understanding of business and strategic needs with the ability to align technical solutions accordingly. Working knowledge of JavaScript, with the ability to make basic code updates when necessary. Solid problem-solving capabilities and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Capable of clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proactive in providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Self-motivated and adaptable, with a demonstrated eagerness to learn new tools and technologies. Responsibilities: Design and implement solutions using a CRM-based workflow design tool. Develop and manage marketing campaigns that integrate with multiple data sources to support on-device customer communications. Collaborate closely with product teams to implement new features and enhancements. Effectively communicate ideas and solutions across teams and stakeholders. Apply creative thinking to problem-solving, exploring innovative approaches to challenges. Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects. Partner with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to drive project success. Remain flexible and responsive to evolving technology and business needs.
