- Youth & Family Support - We help youth gain independence through social and living support programs while empowering families with the skills and resources they need to become resilient and successful.

- Education & Community Trainings - We help students achieve academic success while giving educators the tools to create safe learning environments to improve their students' behaviors and offer innovative learning opportunities to build and improve knowledge in the community.
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Community Counseling, Eastern MO, to join our team. Your role will provide the primary administrative support for the Eastern Missouri programs of Community Counseling (CC), Treatment Foster Care (TFC), and Resource Development (RD). Most of the Administrative Assistant's time is in Community Counseling. This Administrative Assistant role revolves around supporting others. Supports various levels of team members in the St. Louis Office, such as Directors, Managers, and Employees, through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This role is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. As a member of the Community Counseling - Eastern MO team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clerical Support to Treatment Foster Care, Resources Development, and Community Counseling in Eastern Missouri
- Maintenance of electronic and physical files and/or auditing records
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Data Entry to support invoices and departmental reports.
- Orders departmental supplies as necessary
- Distribute and write emails, correspondence memos, letter faxes, and forms.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years in an administrative assistant role and office setting. In addition to the above requirement, the incumbent must:
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- Complete Sanctuary training in a timely manner.
- Have a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
- Follow all agency policies.
- Be able to pass State Abuse, Neglect, and criminal background checks.
- Be able to carry out the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.
- Perform all job duties in a manner that demonstrates a commitment to Sanctuary values and practices.
- Demonstrate awareness and understanding of the cultural and ethnic diversity of clients, staff, and other community partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
* Knowledgeable of various computer software programs, including the full Microsoft Office Suite
* Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners, and facsimile machines
* Knowledgeable of the basic deposit process
* Knowledge of Excel
* Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)
* Knowledge and experience of DocuSign
Starting Salary: $ 15.00 - $ 17.00 (Hourly)
