(Staffmark Investment LLC) Gather required documents for promotional spend program submission. Collect and submit planned promotional spend into internal systems. Manage, track, and validate promotional claims and Point-of-Sale activities. Research payment reconciliation issues. Generate required material to validate payments and resolve discrepancies and variances. Reconcile carrier commissions against in-store reporting to ensure timely and accurate payment. Support reporting of budget status, spend analysis, and other financial metrics. Maintain monthly program tracker and reconcile forecast data and spending. Analyze completed program results and prepare data interpretation to management. Roving employment. Position requires on-site employment at client location with limited telecommuting from home office, pursuant to hybrid worksite policy. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Finance or other related discipline such as Accounting.
